Grey Stuff Ingredients

You’ll need just a few simple ingredients to make this delightful treat at home. You may have most of the items already on hand, but check out the list below to make your shopping list!

What You’ll Need:

• 2 cups milk
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 egg
• 200 g heavy cream
• 1 package of Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (recommended to use Oreos)
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions on Making the Grey Stuff

This recipe is easy to make and you should allow around 30 minutes for the whole process.

1. Make the creme patisserie; whisk egg and sugar until pale yellow. Add flour and cornstarch,
2. Whisk until combined. Add the milk to a medium pot, add the egg mixture to the milk when it’s warm. Whisk until boils.
3. Boil for 3-4 minutes.
4. Use a food processor or blender to grind chocolate cookies/Oreos into fine crumbs.
5. Using a hand blender, beat the up the heavy cream until soft peak stage.
6. Combine cooled pastry cream and Oreos. Using a spatula, mix the the cream and cookie mixture.
7. Put the Grey Stuff into a piping bag and you can pipe it on a biscuit or to mini cups
