It’s only open during the dinner dining hours. You’ll want to make sure to check for reservations during the evening.
For families, this is a fantastic choice because it offers a family style dining experience. Instead of everyone ordering individual entrees, platters of food are brought to the table for sharing. It’s relaxed, stress free, and ensures everyone gets to try a little bit of everything.

The menu at Sebastian’s Bistro is inspired by Caribbean flavors, and it is served all you care to enjoy.
Here’s what you can expect during your meal:
- Bread Service: The warm, fluffy rolls paired with guava butter and caramelized onion jam are a highlight all on their own.
- Appetizers: Fresh, vibrant flavors in the Spice Necklace salad are a great way to kick off the meal.
- Entrees: Taste of the Caribbean entree platter features a variety of meats, including steak, fish, and chicken. There are also vegetables and cilantro rice. The blend of flavors is hearty yet bright, making it a satisfying meal for everyone at the table.
- Dessert : The sweet finale is included in the family style meal. It’s a Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding with a delightful caramel sauce to top it!
You can also ask for anything specifically that you’d like additional servings to be brought out!
We really liked the ice cream that came with the dessert. So much so, that we actually asked for an extra scoop of ice cream for the table!

One of the biggest reasons to add Sebastian’s Bistro to your Disney dining plans is the value. Compared to other all you care to enjoy dining experiences across Walt Disney World, Sebastian’s is priced much lower. While it still offers plenty of food and high quality flavors.
It’s an especially good option for larger families who want to stretch their dining budget without sacrificing taste. Currently it’s priced at $39 per adult and $21 per child (ages 3-9), with the only seating time being available at dinner.
Atmosphere and Location of Sebastian’s Bistro
Located right on the water at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, this location is perfect for a relaxing family meal or cozy date night. You’ll head toward their main pool area, and the restaurant is located just near the Fuentes del Morro main pool.
The restaurant itself is bright, airy, and welcoming. The decor is simple with touches of Caribbean charm. The overall vibe is much more relaxed than many of the busier Disney dining locations. It makes a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
If you’re staying at Caribbean Beach Resort or even just visiting via Disney Skyliner, Sebastian’s Bistro is convenient and easy to get to. It makes for a perfect dinner after a day at EPCOT or Hollywood Studios. We stopped by after a day at the parks and one of us was coming from EPCOT, the other from Hollywood Studios. So it made a great meeting spot!
As a bonus, if you’re there around the time of fireworks, you can see the EPCOT fireworks from their deck!

Sebastian’s Bistro is truly a hidden gem at Walt Disney World! This is a restaurant I will return to for dinner again. It’s a convenient stop if you’ll be staying at Caribbean Beach Resort. These family style meals tend also to be a great value!
It gets top marks for family style dining, delicious Caribbean inspired flavors, and unbeatable value. This is one that I’ll return to again and I hope they keep the pricing in the same range.
