Overview of Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood
Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood is found inside Gran Destino Tower, part of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

The Gran Destino Tower is the more modern and deluxe-feeling tower at the otherwise moderate resort, and it’s home to a number of elevated amenities, including this standout rooftop restaurant. Even the elevators to get up to the restaurant feel a bit fancy!
Ambiance and Layout
To get to the Toledo Restaurant, you’ll take an elevator all the way up to the 16th floor, where you’ll be greeted by gorgeous views of Walt Disney World. On a clear night, you can even catch a glimpse of fireworks from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!

This location was an entire vibe and I loved the time that we spent on the top floor of the Gran Destino Tower. It had stunning views, fantastic decor, and a lovely overall ambiance.

It’s also located just across from the Dahlia Lounge which is convenient if you’re spending the evening at Coronado Springs Resort, as you can head to the lounge after your meal.

We stayed to watch fireworks here and get a nightcap, and it worked out fantastic!
Toledo Menu Selections
Toledo features a Spanish-inspired menu with a focus on tapas (small plates), steak, and fresh seafood. It’s a Signature Dining experience, which means the food quality and presentation are elevated.

This would make a great location for a Disney dining date night, or a fun meeting place for friends. I met a few of my favorite Disney pals here for dinner and we had an incredible time.
The menu works great for sharing plates, so we ordered a few tapas to share. We ordered the Pan con Tomate and Gambas al Ajillo as starters, both of which were fantastic. Then for my meal, I had the Plancha-seared Salmon.

Everyone at the table raved about their food choices and our entire party said this was one meal they would definitely return to!
Reservations and Planning
One specific planning point to keep in mind if you’re planning on enjoying a meal at Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood is that they are closed two days of the week. Every Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed. You’ll need to plan to dine one of the other days of the week.

Since there are some days of the week that the restaurant is closed, I would recommend making sure you can get a reservation for your desired dining time. Later in the evening may fill up due to the excellent views here at nighttime.
If you’re unable to find a reservation, using a reservation alert service like MouseDining can help notify you when a spot opens up.
Meal Pricing at Toledo
This signature dining experience comes in the moderate range of dining costs, with appetizers in the $12 -$20 range, with larger plate options that are shareable. And entrees in the $30-$40 per plate range, it feels upscale yet accessible.

We felt the experience and quality of the food was right on par with the pricing, and this isn’t a reservation that I would factor in price as a hindrance to booking again.
Rating Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood
This was a fantastic dining experience at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort! Our entire party rated it highly! It’s well worth planning into your trip even if you aren’t staying at the resort, and makes a great evening out location for Disney adults.

Everyone in our party enjoyed this restaurant and it is one that I will definitely return to again. Regardless of whether I’m staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort or not, this is a fun dining location and has a great setting for a fun evening out.
